The Royal Canadian Air Cadet Program offers youth the opportunity to participate in fun, challenging, and rewarding activities while developing valuable life skills. Through leadership and teamwork, cadets build confidence, make lasting friendships, and prepare for their future careers. Our squadron offers many opportunities outside our mandatory Tuesday night parades; band, effective speaking, marksmanship, drill and first aid. Air Cadets also have the unique opportunity to participate in Canada’s nationally recognized flying program, with eligible cadets able to earn their glider and private pilot licences through fully funded scholarships. The program is open to all Canadian youth aged 12 to 18, with no prior experience required.
